However, Koala came up to best expectations on every level. Now after having had those belongings in storage here for almost a year I am totally satisfied with the conditions of the facility. As for the service, the staff were extremely helpful when I had to organise a sudden collection via phone and my agent had a bit of confusion with entry....on a weekend. Many thanks and I will recommend Koala any time I can.
