  We purchased a new lounge in October 2020 and was given an 'expected delivery' date of 10-12 weeks. Being pregnant we purchased the lounge with ample time to get delivered before my due date as I knew I'd be fairly uncomfortable towards the end. Not only did it take 21 weeks for the lounge to get delivered (I can understand and appreciate a slight delay due to Covid, however 21 weeks was more than double the time ), but the lack of communication from anyone at Nick Scali was beyond appalling. I sent three emails and called them four times, each time being told the delivery had been pushed back yet again but not once did they reach out to inform us of delays. On two occasions when I called them I was told the Manager would be in contact with me, yet not once did I receive a phone call from him. We genuinely felt like once they had our order and deposit, the care factor dropped completely. We purchased through Nick Scali expecting a superior quality and service and were left feeling beyond disappointed and quite frankly infuriated by the circumstances. I would never purchase through them again. Save yourself the headache and stress and purchase through someone that cares about their customers.

  Very nice shopping ambiente with good light, space and not too packed. Professional sales team. Modern design, good materials and lot of customisation possible.
  
  I understand the idea of not arguing any discount on top, but should have a fixed staged discounted table climbing with turnover to incentive buying more in one order. As well it would be fair like other stores to guarantee to match lowest own price within 30 days after purchase, as the uncertainty leads to not ordering now but monitoring over some time.
  
  Technically there might be reasons as of different subsuppliers not to offer one 5year warranty pack on mixed items like sofa of one type plus armchair of another type, but paying basically double in this case and not customer centric.
  Old fashion order forms and no electronic workflow, probably as of unstable product delivery process in backend.
  
  Would be 4 stars in total but I round up to 5 to hope they improve.

  It's been 6 days now since I was promised a call back from the O'Connor store....I'm still waiting?
  Also we purchased a TV cabinet with a grey concrete top, it arrived with a coffee brown concrete top and they are trying to claim this is just a colour variation. Not sure about you but I've never known there were different shades of Brown in the Grey spectrum.

  The protection cover is a joke. You will be passed on to the claims department in the eastern states and be subjected to interrogation and down right rudeness - quite possibly a tactic as you feel like you can’t possibly have a civil conversation. In the end we paid for the clean ourselves. Do yourselves a huge favour and spend your money with a company other than NS - that has integrity
