    Impatient sales staff
    One sales rep was rude toward a customer because it was close to closing time
    One sales rep asked a question of their manager who responded by saying "I don't know, I'm not here"
    Rudeness toward sales staff from management which made buying experience uncomfortable
    I'm from a customer service background, and I was unimpressed and concerned with the interactions between some staff and towards myself when picking up our products
    I felt like an inconvenience when picking up items from back of store
