  It is the second time I have done drive and collect. It is the second time I have sat in my car calling the number on the wall with no answer. I have had to go in and collect my order. Seriously what is the point of having drive and collect if there is no response. I have my wrist in plaster and in my 70s still no offer of assistance. Had to get 8 tea boxes out and put into my car. Will not be doing it a 3rd time. Very disappointing

  An awful place really, you might find what your looking for but not before you have to deal with over worked staff who in the best of situations can do their job. Otherwise you'll be there for any amount of time as they go through many of the few staff before finding someone who actually knows how to use equipment they should be trained to know how to use.
  Handling on covid requirements were also awful. Still over worked staff and under staffed. Staff members who were affected by covid apparently still somehow work there while being sick. Logic makes no sense!
  If staff weren't affected it was a goose chase finding them if they were even working that day.
  They had a few wonderful members of staff and they all left or are leaving.
  
  I wonder why?? Do better.

  Guy and girl working in the tool section on Wednesday afternoon have to be two of the least interested people ever. Asked them if they have any other 1/2 breaker bars in stock, with a huff she mumbled something in her microphone and then walked off. Left me standing there for 5 minutes thinking she was off looking, but not ended up sorting some screws instead. Only screw worth sorting love is a new job

  Very friendly service the lady seemed very bright, bubbly, helpful. We had spent about an hour there so far. My brother bought some gardening tools and a big spade for making a chicken coop, and a few little things here and there - seqetuers? Two big beautiful plants after careful selection, two $9 door stops that run under the length of the door to keep the chill out. Total sum came to $184 and he was allowed to pay on Zippay. Bought a set of tools I can't remember the name of! Was fun. His wifey left her phone at home and we kept losing her so I eventually guarded her like personal security once we found her while brother shopped. These guys do well together. Very vigilante

  Very helpful staff and I even got a hand to load the gear onto the car. Much appreciated.

  Comparatively this is a small store and they don't seem to stock as wide a variety as some of the larger warehouses. Still all Bunnings are fun to visit.
