  I went to collect my son's huge TV ... But was advised not to take it in the back of the car as it'd be laid flat & the screen may crack if we went over a bump. Apparently huge TV's are best delivered by them & kept in an upright position while being transported.
  Be aware if you're buying a huge TV

  Bought a TV that was delivered by the Good Guys O'Connor which ended up being impact damaged. No remedy or refund provided.... Would never buy a product from them again! Buyer beware and go elsewhere.

  Great in-store service!
  Bob was very honest, informative and friendly during our time in store. He was able to help us buy exactly what we needed and manage to fit it within our budget.

  I paid $888 for a fridge that was not available for collection. I paid a delivery driver to collect items and when he showed up to the good guys the fridge had been sold to someone else. I have medication that needs ro be stored in a fridge. I also have small child & we were moving into a new home.
  
  I still had to pay my deliver driver and the good guys offered me one fridge - a haier - that would not fit my space. The sales assistant never followed up and I had to go to other stores. It took over two days for a resolution. The manager barely offered anything - beyond their normal discounts they give everyone - to make up for a huge inconvenience during my house move. Despite being a customer for years and purchasing multiple items.
  
  The staff are just absolutely unmotivated and couldn’t care less.
  
  I ended up asking for a refund for the fridge and was passively aggressively told it would take 3 days. It takes so long to get through to staff. The managers all look after each other and the lady who made the mistake was unapologetic & her manager has completely backed her despite doing the wrong thing.
  
  Good guys have held my money, not come through on a fridge during a house move with a young child & be unapologetic.

  Purchased a Samsung refrigerator from this store for approximately $2800 less than five years ago. The compressor has failed. The Good Guys O'Connor have refused to provide any remedy for this, despite it clearly being a major failure of the appliance. Reasonable consumers do not expect appliances of this type to fail in less than five years of purchase, and reasonable consumers would not make these purchases if they could predict their rapid failure. The attitude of the manager of this store is arrogant, and he seems to believe that consumer law does not apply to the store. We will be pursuing this further, but I advise anyone to avoid making purchase at this store. We certainly won't return, unless it's deliver the useless piece of junk we have sitting in our kitchen for a full refund.
