  We had our outdoor kitchen installed 4 months ago by Outdoor Alfresco Kitchens. They were very helpful & professional in the beginning, unfortunately that didn’t last long.
  
  A couple of days after our kitchen was installed we contacted them to let them know there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed. One of the drawers had been cut to the incorrect height exposing the inside of the drawer even when closed, also a section of the stainless steel bench top had started to lift under the weight of the BBQ causing it to become uneven and create sharp edges. They told me at the time that someone would be out the following week to rectify the situation. I have contacted them numerous times over the last 4 months being told each time that someone will come out to fix it. 4 months later and we are still waiting and my last 2 emails have been ignored. Unfortunately we are now having to go down the path of making a formal complaint to Building Commissioner.
  
  I would have thought the very least you could expect when purchasing a custom made outdoor kitchen would be cabinetry cut to the correct measurements and a flat benchtop but at OAK they can’t even get that right!
  
  Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, I wish we had!

  Never ever buy here. A job taken on was not only performed poorly and over charged, it was not completed. An overseas appliance was going to be modified to Australian commercial standard however was not certified in the correct way. Communication was terrible: phone and texts unanswered, or promised made and not kept. The pan was then delivered without instructions to install which turned out to be extremely important. Further more the quality of the appliance was actually brought down by so called 'enhancements' putting the users at risk of severe burns: Henry replaced the commercial grade turning knobs with ones that eroded within the year making the knobs swivel out of control when the pan was burning. When seeking mitigation of the problem it was ignored until we took them to court. Lies and bullying followed. It costs us a lot of time and effort and ended up with a Magistrate who actually made a mistake when listing/reviewing the facts. It is too costly to follow that up so they got away with the above. Extremely poor service which costs us thousands that we could not afford.
  
  On top of that I am just scrolling to the reviews and have reported at least one 5 star review which was placed by the owner itself. You decide to consider if any of the top reviews are fair dinkum or not....

  Again you guys have done a highly professional job. Used these guys twice so far and they go above and beyond for you. You won't be disappointed using these guys. A shout out to Amanda and Jason.
